Our accessibility commitment
We make reasonable, good faith efforts to support equal access to the information and services on this website. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where they apply to this site.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated tools can identify many technical issues, but they cannot prove complete compliance or replace testing by people who use assistive technology. We combine automated checks with keyboard, focus, structure, content and responsive layout reviews.
Accessibility measures used on this site
- Semantic headings, landmarks and navigation labels that communicate page structure.
- A skip link that moves keyboard users directly to the main content.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and controls with usable target sizes.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and empty alternative text for decorative images.
- Color contrast checks for text, links, controls, charts and dark interface surfaces.
- Responsive layouts that support mobile screens and browser zoom without horizontal content loss.
- Reduced motion support when a visitor enables that preference in their device or browser.
- HTML and structured data validation during publishing and site updates.
Independent automated review
On October 30, 2026, the WAVE evaluation of the Coffee Cup AI homepage reported no automated accessibility errors and no contrast errors. The site received an AIM score of 9.7 out of 10 before the remaining advisory alerts were reviewed and remediated.
Important: WAVE and other automated tools are useful checks, not legal certifications. Manual testing remains necessary, and a clean automated report does not guarantee that every person will encounter no barrier.
Known limitations and continuing improvement
We review new pages, articles, images, charts and interactive components as the site changes. If testing identifies an accessibility problem, we will make a reasonable effort to correct it promptly and prioritize barriers that prevent access to essential content or contact options.
Third party websites linked from Coffee Cup AI are controlled by their respective owners. We cannot guarantee their accessibility, but we aim to use clear link text so visitors understand where each link leads.
Need help or found a barrier?
If you cannot access part of this website, need information in another format or want to report an accessibility concern, email [email protected] or use the Coffee Cup AI contact page.
Please include the page address, a description of the problem and the browser or assistive technology you were using when practical. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable solution.
